Terms of Use

Effective Date: 08-20-25

Welcome to Jason Pierce Photography. By using our website, services, or digital products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of all content, services, products, and tools offered by Jason Pierce Photography through our website.

By accessing this site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and policies referenced here.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photography, videos, templates, text, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Jason Pierce Photography and may not be copied, repurposed, or resold without written permission.

3. Client Work & Services

When booking a photography service, you’ll receive a separate project agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and usage rights. These Terms serve as the baseline agreement unless otherwise stated in your signed project contract with Jason Pierce Photography.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely. Due to the nature of our digital products and services, all digital sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Service payment terms (for studio shoots, retainer agreements, etc.) are discussed and agreed on a per-project basis in your signed project contract.

For any questions or issues with your purchase, please reach out to us at [email protected]

5. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to deliver exceptional results, but Jason Pierce Photography is not liable for any damages or losses that may result from the use of our site or services. Use at your own risk.

6. Right to Decline Projects

Jason Pierce Photography reserves the right to decline or discontinue any project that conflicts with our values, beliefs, or artistic direction.

Such decisions are based on the subject matter and nature of the project, not on the personal characteristics or identity of the client or potential client.

If a project is declined after initial agreements, any deposits for uncompleted work will be refunded.

7. Changes in These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of our services means you agree to any changes.
